We replaced Dan Stull with Craig DiBella for 2004. Craig was able to start the season with a clean slate of $1500. The only rule change involved giving each owner a $510 cap after the contract structures were turned in. This extra $10 was in lieu of making free agent pickups "free".

The Polk High Panthers were the 2nd highest scoring team in 2004. It was Craig's inaugural season in the Scandalous League and he was able to put together a pretty solid season. The season had a couple peaks and valleys for the Polk High Panthers and some key injuries almost sacked their season. The combination of a few well-timed trades to fill some holes and some MVP-Caliber performances from the likes of Peyton Manning and Terrell Owens were enough to put Polk High over the top. Jeff Nassiff was able to make his all-time best 6th Fantasy Bowl appearance, but the highest scoring team wasn't able to topple the Polk High Panthers.
